Laura Abbink is engaged in social structures and identity. Common in her work is a tension between preservation, construction and decay. Abbink’s exploration of an ever-changing, yet globalizing environment led her to experiment with fragmentations of society. She gives shape to her artistic practice as a visual artist and curator.
